I'm only interested in what YOU want, your timeline, your concerns, your dream home, your life style...all of it matters to me! This is also when we both decide if we're a right fit for each other. We're going to be spending a lot of time together over the next several months and I want to make sure our personalities mesh. At the end of the consultation, you'll be asked to sign a Buyer Broker Services Agreement if you'd like to hire me!

The title company will be organizing the title and escrow, communicating with the lender and both parties to get the transaction to a smooth closing.
