My services include property cleaning, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, staging (if part of listing package, ask me about this!) as well as professional photos, video and social media material for promoting the property once it goes live. Your home will be broadcast on the Yakima MLS, Northwest MLS and all third party home shopping websites. I utilize targeted ad campaigns at no expense to you to drive traffic to the listing and Open Houses. 

Once your home is on the market, we'll navigate the terms and conditions of offers you receive. I will work on your behalf to successfully negotiate the terms of your agreement to your standards.
