Ever notice how top-performers get 'sweetheart' deals at other brokerages? Better caps & better splits to those bringing in the most business makes sense, but it doesn't help other agents. Instead it keeps those at the top, at the top and those at the bottom, at the bottom. Inside Powerhouse our goal is to help every agent go from brand new to BUILDER. At eXp Realty EVERY agent is on the same split + cap -- regardless of production, experience or politics. Here's the breakdown:

80/20 commission split
$16,000 company cap, then $250 transaction fee
$149 start up fee (includes first month Cloud Brokerage fee)
$85/mo Cloud Brokerage fee
$40 risk management fee with $500 annual cap (may vary by state)
$25 broker review per transaction
