 My business goals have never been focused on high production or big numbers. From the time I decided to jump into real estate in 2019, I have built my brand on integrity, client care and personal attention.

While I do have goals for my business to grow each year, the most important achievement for me is to have the ability to work with people I actually love to be around!

 My dream clients are motivated to turn their real estate goals into reality, have a positive attitude about life and people, trust my knowledge and insight about the local real estate market and make decisions based on information and not emotions. I understand sometimes the stress of the circumstances surrounding needing to buy or sell can be heavy, but my goal is to serve people who have a healthy mindset even in tough situations.

I have been blessed with some amazing clients in the past six years and my goal for 2026 is to help 25 clients with their real estate needs!

 Over the years, my favorite clients have come from people just like you who have worked with me and thought of me when the subject of real estate comes up with family and friends.

So this year, I’m kicking off a special referral program to reward YOU for sharing my information with your people!

 *Share my name with anyone you know who you think would be a good fit. They don’t have to be ready now but if they’re talking real estate, give me a shout out!

*When your friend or family reaches out to me and they tell me you sent them, I’ll make a note and you’ll be automatically plugged into the Gold Club for the year. Keep on sending people my way and you’ll stay on the list year after year!

* That’s it! It doesn’t matter if they ever buy or sell, they just need to reach out and set up an appointment with me. The referral is your part, the rest is up to me!

 *Quarterly drawings for local vendor products! Think wine tastings, flower arrangements, restaurant gift cards, local artists products, event tickets, spa packages, etc. It’ll be good stuff, I promise! 

*Early access to client events. This year, I’m planning a Mother’s Day Photos and Flowers event in May and a Thanksgiving Pie Day in November. 

*December Wreath Delivery. This is usually reserved for current year clients, but Gold Club members get to stay on the list!
